• We will not use profanity, obscene gestures, offensive remarks, taunting, boastful celebrations, or other actions that demean individuals or the sport of baseball.
• We will not threaten or intentionally injure anyone.
• We will be tolerant of differences, including decisions by game and tournament officials.
• We will not interfere with decisions by coaches in regards to playing time, player position and other competition decisions.  We will allow the coaches to coach the game and will not interfere with their ability to do so.
• We will discuss any differences in regards to playing time and player position at an appropriate time and in a discrete manner.  All discussions in regards to differences will be handled with civility.
• We will respect our team and organization.
• We will respect team rules.
• We will be gracious in victory and dignified in defeat.

RESPONSIBILITY

• We will do our best to make team practices and tournaments.

• We will be accountable for our actions.

• We will accept the fact that we are a team and understand that we have a responsibility to ensure that the entire team behaves in a responsible manner.  Poor behavior by any team member, coach or parent reflects poorly on us, the team and the organization.

FAIRNESS

• We will play by the rules and will not intentionally break the rules for any reason.

• We will allow others to express their points of view.

• We will not bully or unjustly impose our will on others.

• We will not unjustly blame others.

CARING

• We will encourage all players regardless of their performance.

• We will never encourage the injury of any player, officials or fellow spectator.

• We will consider the needs of all members of the team and not just our own needs or the needs of a particular player.

• We will act as a responsible member of the team and organization.

• We will respect the game of baseball, its tradition, and its rules.
